Mustang Muscle is a local mom and pap shop near where i live and they would not do it. I then called discount muffler and they would not touch it either. I suppose I could have tried for a 3rd strike but at that point I said oh well and ordered a catted x.

at the time of getting my o/r x i had no tools,jack etc. my local muffler man charged me 30bucks.
