Default Best UCA's/LCA's besides Maximum Motorsports?

So I wanna get some control arms soon with the lowers being more important. I know that the MM ones are the best and I can understand the $250ish pricetag on the fixed ones but not the $460 for the adjusables. I think I am gonna want adjustables so I was wondering what the next best brand out there is? Unless the MM ones are truely worth the $460?

Thanks,
Brandon

you know i hear both ends of the spectrum about UPR.. some people say they're complete junk, and then some people say they've been running their parts for years with no problems. only reason i mention UPR is the cheaper price, although if they're junk then you're not really saving in the long run.

I've been hearing the same thing, Texas

I have decided to just recommend a very heavy duty LCA that is more expensive, but will hold up under heavy launches at 1/4. It will also help alleviate some of the bind cause by not only the stock LCA's, but a HUGE amount of aftermarket ones typically sold for the Stang.

Griggs MCA 4500 S-99

These have a poly/spherical end and are also adjustable (the picture on page is incorrect, so pay it no nevermind as it is NOT the one in description). These will add some NVH to your ride, but so will all aftermarket arms.

As for UCA's, I still like the UPR Pro-Series as I have not found a heavier one that does not require additional components to run them.

I'd say it all depends on the car. A set of UPRs should be fine for a bolt on gt, however once you start throwing stickier tires and power adders into the equation I would go with a more heavy duty one. Amount of time at the track is also a factor to consider. If you're there every other day making passes you may also want to go with a stronger control arm. Just my 2 cents...

I've only heard bad things about the poly UPR setups, not the solids. But after talking to a shop, the word is if you're doing a lot of launching, sphericals are the way to go. For a bolt-on GT, polys might hold fine, but once you start running more power or start throwing nitrous or FI at it, your gonna start eating polys up. Isn't that the problem that everyone here dipping into the 12's had with the summits??
