Alright, did you have to really compress the top part?

...did u unbolt the endlink and the a-arm is all the way to the floor?....then did u compress the strut out of the wheel well?..and just use a crowbar to take the spring out...then oh wait wait....ACTUALLY u have to put the top part in and just alighn the spring with the pig tail end facing the drivers side then give it alittle kick or use the crow bar again...should take like 10 min..

I have the strut out of the wheel well, the a-arm won't drop anymore, it's about an inch from the ground, and I've tried crowbarring it. WTF???!!?!??!?! I'm going crazy, everyone said this crap was easy when it's taking me the whole afternoon.

Let me know what you used and what you needed. I'm going to put one of those on in a couple months. Sorry I can't be of any help now.

Thanks.

I went and got one from o'reilley auto parts and didn't even use it. I figured it out once I got back. I put the top in first and then I had my friend pry the bottom up while I kicked it in with my foot. Because it took us so long to figure out the first side we only got the front two done today. I can definately tell the difference on the left side but the right side isn't as low. I know I put it in correctly so I don't know why it didn't drop as low but hopefully it will settle more. I'm going to do the rear tomorrow morning and hopefully it will go smoother since I know what I'm doing now.

The backs are really easy... the fronts suck bad...the whole job took me like 4 hours I had the drop the whole brake assembly and everything cause I couldn't remove the big bolt that attatches to the arm. It sucked but well worth it.
