I get a p0340 code, I've also had a pats problem, but I fixed that, it was a ground wire. While trying to fix the pats, I changed the crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor and IAT sensor. I'm going to get an o2 sensor tomorrow.

I read that if antifreeze or water gets down the exhaust value it can mess with the o2 sensor, but I've also read that the alternator may cause it to idle rough and stall. The last fuse in the box, the one closest to the finder, its the little 25 amp blows every time. Any one know what that fuse goes to or were the short might be? I'm about to start throwing parts at it till I fix it. I've been trying to fix it for months now. If I had a bent value would that make it run like that? It does not seem to have a vacuum leak or a bad injector. Maybe it's a bad o ring or something. I'm geting sick of working on it and the old lady yelling at me
I don't know if English is your first language, but no one is going to understand what you just wrote. I rewrote above to get you a better response.

If the car ran fine before the swap, I would put money that it is something connected to the swap.

Vacuum leak, ground not hooked up, timing, etc. I would look at timing and a vacuum leak before replacing any parts.

Check that the wiring is not touching the EGR tube,
