Default when stopping, rpms drop/motor shuts off

when I slow down or stop at a relatively quick speed, nothing crazy, just didn't catch the yellow light for example, rmps drop very low, then jump back up. has shut off a hand full of times, while rolling to a stop, no power breaks or steering down some VA mountains was something else. any ideas for a remedy?

Right on your plenum. It has a cable connected to it and a vacuum tube with a little box shaped thing on it. The vacuum tube connects to your intake. Two bolts that hold the IAC in.

right on the front of your plenum, it has a 2 or 3" black hose connecting to a plastic black box
