Fuel Injector Problem

Fuel Injector Problem
1997 Ford Mustang 4.6 V8 GT
I recently replaced the intake manifold because my old one was cracked near the front.
Prior to replacing the intake, the car ran great. No problems.
After the intake replacement, my car runs rough. I put my code reader on it, and it showed P0304.
I checked the plugs and wires, and all checks out ok.
I sprayed starting fluid near each injector to listen for RPM change to see if there was a vacuum leak. no problems
I checked the dc resistance of each injector, and they all checked ok
I checked the dc voltage at each injector while the car was running, and each injector except #4 indicated 13.6 volts. #4 indicated 2.5 volts.
I havn't checked the injectors with a LED yet.
I was wondering what connector on the PCM and pinout on the PCM so I can check the voltage at the computer.
I am suspecting a wiring problem in the harness, because of the excess moving of the harness while repacing the intake manifold.
Are there any other suggestions.

try the 4.6 modular section they should
be able to help.

also it might be safer for the pcm to disconnect the
battery and also any pcm connectors while using a
meter on the wires. good luck, i hope you find the
