My guess is that the pully shaft seals went out when my cousin bought his D1 his seals were bad. There is a place were tou can buy better aftermarket ones

Well first like said before you have to find out where its leaking, if its leaking from behind the pulley you're best bet would be to send it out to procharger for a rebuild, roughly 700$. If you have an older style procharger like a p600b it could judt be you need to titen the inlet oil line and teh return line underneath the head unit.

First question, how much oil? A little of the ProCharger oil goes a long way. I was accidentially over filling my brand new P1-SC and ended up with oil on the bottom of the head unit and on lines under the supercharger. It seemed to be everywhere even though there was no obviously drop in oil on the dipstick. Oil was seeping out the fill screw.

As the instructions said I was using a full bottle of oil when I changed oil in the head unit. But if I looked at the dipstick, I was actually overfilling the unit. I have since cut back on the amount of oil I put in and it stopped blowing so much oil out the vent on the fill screw.

The drain plug may not be tightend enough, or it could be the seal on the fill plug, mine was leaking and when I changed the oil I replaced the seal and no more leaks. It could also be from the last time the oil was changed and they tried to do it with the blower still on the car, I tried it once that way and made a mess everywhere, they may not have cleaned it up.

i would check the dipstick on it just to make sure you arent running it w/o any oil then you end up destroying the gears inside.
