Transmission again!!

Transmission again!!
It looks like transmission #2 has decided to take a vacation. I was shifting briskly into 4th and all I got was a heavy grind. Now there is no 3rd gear at all, and you can just barely hear the gear grinding in 4th when you let the clutch out and hold it back.
I dunno wtf to do now. I am thinking I need a TKO or something, these stupid T-45 just don't seem to hold up. Is there any chance there is anything else wrong other than the entire trans??
