Default Arrgh, Suspension Data Overload

I'm not sure I can even explain my frustration or confusion concerning my suspension. I have read a lot of the threads and stickies and called a lot of people. Below is a summary of the information I was given and my current plan. Will this plan achieve my goal of getting more traction and eliminating the rear suspension shift in corners without causing oversteer or understeer.

Here are some of the suggestions: Griggs racing wanted to sell me a $5,000 suspension package. At first Maximum Motorsport wanted to sell me a $2,500-$3,000 package. The packages all include stiffer springs. The drag oriented shops told me that stiffer springs prevent weight transfer and would really hurt traction. They recommended against it. MM said I could phase in my upgrades but if I bought springs and put a torque arm on later I would have to change the rear springs again to prevent oversteer. You take your upper control arms off with a torque arm. You take your quad shocks off with lower control arms but UPR says some people have to put them back on to prevent wheel hop. Griggs says to take off one upper control arm if you put a panhard bar on. MM said don't. They said it was a poor man's three link and that it will cause unusual behavior if you do. They said that you want to use rubber bushing in the upper control arms with a panhard bar.

I bought UPR Pro-Series Adjustable upper control arms, adjustable lower control arm and polyurethane bushings for the differential side (not yet installed). They were highly recommended by people on this forum. UPR said it was a complete waste if I left the rubber bushings in. MM said I need rubber bushings and now I read on another thread that you cannot use a panhard bar with aftermarket upper control arms. Arrgh. I'm getting a headache.

Current Plan:

1. Install the UPR UCAs and LCAs.
2. Install adjustable struts/shocks.
3. Maybe install a panhard bar. Will it work with those UCAs?
4. Quit screwing with the suspension and go back to something I can understand like motor and fuel upgrades.

Will there be handling problems with what I have planned.
