i took my car in for warranty work w/all the mods listed below minus tb, pulleys, and thermostat they said it was fine so i guess it depends on the dealer

It depends on the dealer for sure, My local would have laughed you out of the shop with those mods

My dealership fixed my car w/everything below except 4.10's and SCT. They put in a new fuel filter, fuel pump, coil pack, torque converter, and h-pipe all under warranty.
