Default Need Clutch Advice

I need a new clutch and have been looking at a fidanza and ACT. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with either of these and/or any recommendations for a clutch kit. Im also replacing my flywheel with a lightweight version of whatever brand clutch I choose. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Honestly for your mod level I would just look into a king cobra clutch. That's what I had when I was a bolt on car and it work awesome for the price.

Just go cheap for now...i.e. King Cobra and then when you decide to do the blower, maybe replace it then. Honestly if you're going to do the blower, what's a few extra hours to slap a new clutch in. Lol. And who knows how long it will be until you do the blower....

Are you getting an aluminum flywheel?

Basically any mustang aftermarket place. Here in St. Louis we can get them at some of the Ford dealerships.

Here are some links with places that sell them. I've always gone with Mustangs Unlimted for any parts I've needed. They have always seem to have had the best prices. After you go through these links, you will see the same.

I ended up going with a RAM clutch when mine went out, its supposedly good up to 650hp, http://www.americanmuscle.com/ramclu...hd-8601gt.html its $360 for the kit, and like you, I plan for some F/I in the near future, and this clutch is more than good for it. I suggest it to anyone looking for a new one, great clutch and coming from AM it gets here very fast and free shipping of course
