If you check some other posts, ford is suppose to pay for the plastic intakes when they crack, so check it out.
Although if the facility heard nothing from corporate, they may tell you it's not so.
Keep receipts they may pay up to $800 in due time. When they start accepting responsibility, from the court decision.
