Default Horrible vibration

So it all started right after i got my exhaust done. At first it started as a small vibration which sounded like it came from the rear of the car.

Now when i do anything above 50 mph i get this overwhelming vibration throughout the entire car......

I have had the car back on the lift 2 times and they say it all checks out and that the vibration is just the exhaust and that i am not used to it.......

I have had an Offroad X and flows before so i know what the exhaust sounds like and what drone is but is this normal with MAC mufflers?

Just trying to make the best description so that i may get a better answer. I would describe the vibration as coming from a car which needs a wheel alignment badly. When i barely hold the throttle it goes away 90% but the second i am coasting the vibration is there.

double check and make sure that there are no flanges in the exhaust system resting on the floor board. I had a bad floor vibration and it was the exhaust flange hitting the floor board. I am sure the installers looked for that but you never know.

btw...I had a o/r x and that is not what your problem is.

Check and make sure the exhaust isn't rubbing up against the suspension or the rear sub-frame. I had the same problem about a month ago put it on the lift and the exhaust was hitting on the sub-frame on the right side of the car.

I had one of the flanges on my mac catback rubbing my driveshaft and it was making some vibrations until I adjusted it. They surely would have seen that under a lift though.. Good luck

Those are all things i will check, however as far as the tire balancing and stuff, i would just assume it is the exhaust since it didnt begin until it.

Just got home and it is getting worse... Its vibrating my rear window like a 12" subwoofer would... Dont even have time to mess with it until thursday FML

More info i just observed and forgot to add.

I can hear the noise at idle while standing behind the car. Im certain it is coming from the passenger side and after the axle however i still cannot locate it......

Im wondering if when it goes over the axle the top part is hitting the bottom of the car. I guess i won't know until i get it on jackstands on thursday....
