too legit, the promotion rebuilt ones use beefy shift forks (i think carbon fiber) syncros and a 26 spline input shaft.

they are good for 750hp.

meant to ask you .. what do you mean about "Promotion Rebuilt" ones.. is that a company, or a brand.. kit... etc

its a company, they basically take old bellhousings and replace everything inside with fresh parts, and in some cases, stronger parts... much stronger.

mid way down where it says 4.6 only.

awesome good to know. so i've decided that i'm going to shoot for 500. good solid number right? how much of a pain would it be to swap 03 heads and put on my block? total pain, or just bolt right on? ...nothing is that easy right?

bolt right on, but even used 03 heads cost a pretty penny.

If there is one good thing about the modular motors its that all heads are interchangable, even a 4v swap isn't THAT difficult.

ive heard of the promotion rebuilt set up i just like the 160+ mph

i think .30 over is around 3.5812 and thats fine. the stroker kits are bigger just get your pistons and send them in wiht the block and that makes sure that the pistons match.
