to be honest, it's not that bad from a good distance away. once you get closer in though, it starts to sound very hollow, tiney, and metallic. if you're into that kind of thing then go for it, but a majority will agree that there are better combos out there. i know its pretty overdone, but an h just sounds a lot better than an x on flows.

It's an opinion thing anyway. Youtube it, figure out if you def want an x and then figure out if you like the o/r style or catted more.

When I had flowmaster 40's with my o/r x and longtubes, it sounded great.

My setup sounds good, not too loud though, but i get a lot of compliments. I still will be going to long tubes and shorty h soon though.

Do what you want to. I loved my bbk x pipe and flows. I love the way it sounds. Just get what you think sounds best. Cause i can guarantee if you listen to someone tell to do a certain set up and you do. You will most likely not be happy.

that is NOT similar to what it sounds like in person. that isn't too bad.

in person, that cackle from the video is very harsh sounding. i can't really hear the metallic sound that i hear on cars from my local board with that setup. maybe its the camera/video quality.

that sounds ok but it takes the deepness away from the flows and makes them more raspy
