ORIGINAL: rbstang

I have a 2002 GT i have a 6 year or 75000 mile warranty on it. I donk know where you came up with 3 year 36000 warranty.
Uh...3 year 36k mile warranty is what Ford gives you for a warranty. You have to pay for an extended warranty.

well i paid 10,000 for mine and it ony had 30k on the motor. Also it was owned by a older guy that only used it to go to work. Know the family, lives down the street, thats how we got the price on it.

Well, I bought an 02 GT, True Blue with Dark Charcoal Leather, order code 140A, 5 spd, and Mach 1000. The sticker on the car was $26,310.00, and I paid $15,000.00. Around here, Indianapolis, that was one heck of a deal. I did not haggle with a trade, and put $7,000.00 down. The asking price was $16,200.00 (at a local dealer), so they probably had about $13,500.00 to $14,000.00 in the car. The Kelley Blue Book on the car for Indy is a little over $17,000.00. I am sure it is maybe more or less on other sites and cities, but I don't think the asking price for the car is out of line.
