Default 4.6 or 5.0 for performance????

I am debating rather or not i wanna go with a 94-94 5.0 Stang, or a 99-01 4.6 Stang. I guess the question would be which one has more performance potential? I am gunna bump it up to atleast 400 horsepower. I am planning to spending around 5000 on it. I found a Trick Flow kit for the 5.0 along with some other mods it should push 450. Any tips or ideas would be much appreciated. I would really like to build the 4.6 because i like the body style though. How hard is it to build a good 4.6?

In the Kenne Belle Kit, does it come with everything that u need? Like u have to buy nothing but the kit and tune it? Will the engine be able to handle the pressures and extra rpm's?

Can the stock engine handle the 14 psi without mods, or does it just need hight octane gas?

14 psi is probally alittle much for the stock rods. think most stock internal people use the 8 psi KB kit or is it the 9?

Aren't rods, crank and pistons also referred to as the "bottom end"?
