Default Mishimoto Radiator Fit problem

Hello. My first post, and hate to start it w/ a problem, but here it goes.

I have a '00 GT Coupe w/ manual transmission and just got a Mishimoto radiator from AM today. Went to install it and ran into problem. It don't fit. After taking the stock one out, the Mishimoto fell right into place, the bottom parts aligned with rubber stoppers, but when I went to put the fan in, it was TOO tight... more then that: when I tried to place the top radiator mount, they are off by >1 inch each, as if the new radiator is too thick... There is no place for me to push it anymore and I am running out of options. if anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.

Thank you in advance. And hello everyone, this is Rus
