Default More Vacuum and Hesitation

I supercharged my car about 1.5 months ago and have been tuning with SNIPER. The car was running very rich initially when in the high rpms, however, I leaned the high rpm fuel out to an acceptable level. The car ran fine up until the past few days.

Recently, the car takes a while to start (not too long but it turns over several times more than it used to before it starts running)

Also, I have noticed that sometimes it is idling around 5 lbs of vacuum,( it always idled at 10lbs up until recently) and other times it idles at nearly 20lbs of vacuum for no reason.

It can be idling at 20lbs vac and I shut it off and immediately restart the car and it idles at 10 lbs vac.

I don't have any idea where to start. The timing chain has been making some noise for a little while when I cold start, so that could be the issue.

Suggestions Please!
