Default Car Is Throwing Codes

Code P0402 and P0403 Something to the effect of (egr insufficent flow - stuck open at idle) What can I do To fix this guys? Thanks in advance.

P0402 is excessive flow, work the problem list shown here.

Or remove all the clutter, get a block-off plate and cap the tube, then disable EGR in the tune...

Why delete the EGR when the code is most likely a bad DPFE sensor?

Remove the sensor and tap it on your hand. I bet theres water that comes out. Replace the sensor and clear the code (its the little black rectangle with 2 small vac lines and a electric plug in it)
