Default headrest 00GT

hey ya'll iam wondering how to take the headrest out, because i need to take off the seatbelt "holders" because they keep tearing my litebar up or i can't even put the seat all the way back. Thanks for your help

usually, you push the headrest bars inward towards each other with alot of force and it slides out.

there is only that one wide headrest bar i tryed playing with it but nothing happened... im confused

I did have the same problem after installing a roll bar. the removal of the seat belt holders can be done without removing the headrests. just pull them all the way up and find the right tools. flat afdjustable wrench and the proper star tip from a screw driver. with these two things you can get there without problems.

ITs actually easy. I used a slimjim, but the small skinny saw blades work too if they are long enough. You just pull the headrest into the up position. Now slide the long metal blade or slimjim down until it wont go any farther. Now push down on the headrest, and at that point you will be able to slide your slimjim farther down than it would previously go. Now leave the slimjim in ints current place and just pull the headrest out.
