Not too sure about their engine parts, but we sometimes use their stuff because its the cheaper than Ford parts. Seems to work decent.

I'd atleast go with some decent slugs for your build man. Spend money once and know its right. I'd go with a nice name brand if it were my build. Same goes with rods

Well dished would be a good start if your plannin on making big power with boost. I see now that Federal Mogul sells Speedpro pistons, which are a nice set. I believe those are the same as the OEM 03-04 Cobra pistons. I retract my previous statement about that company lol

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FEM-CSMHP796-300/

that is the one i was eyeing.. again there are alot of measurements i'm not sure of, but i do want it .20 over, and forged dished so would this work here and be reliable?

Looks to be a solid setup man. As long as you can get 20 over... What are you doing for Rods?

He wuldnt, he's got a 5.4 lol.

My suggestion to you is to talk about this w ur machine shop ur using, see what they prefer, they can even get the parts for you.
Didn't look at the link but they're a trustworthy brand, we use some of their stuff.

Even if it comes balanced, get it balanced anyway... They have tolerances, not everything us exact... Your machine shop will get everything exact, to the gram.

And its nice to have the pistons before you bore it... Get a much better, accurate bore for your set up,

H is stronger then I.

And what's the dish? Make sure u know what ur cr will be
