Default Drive Shaft

Does anyone know exactly how much less weight a lightweight driveshaft is?

This is probably the best driveshaft any mustang owner can get their hands on. It weights 11.5lbs COMPLETE! Our stock ones are upwards of 45lbs on some models. Great thing about this driveshaft is if you like to dragrace then you need a front and rear driveshaft loop which ads weight, probably 3lbs. With a carbon fiber driveshaft there is no need for that because if something happens to it then it just shreads apart into threads and doesnt harm your car at all and has 0 rish if flipping the car.

You can find out more about the driveshaft HERE

You can also read a complete tech article on one of our mustangs, the man does 3 dyno runs, 3 1/4 mile runs and lots of good info. HERE is that link.

I hope this has been of some help, I know that I will be having this arive at my doorstep very soon.
