Odometer broke. Options?

Odometer broke. Options?
I have a 97 GT and the odometer and trip meter just broke. What are my options? Can I order a new gauge cluster from Ford and install it myself? Or do I have to take it to a dealership to have them put in one and certify that the miles weren't tampered with?
