Default Exhaust problems with offroad pipe

I own a 97 Mustang 4.6L 5 speed. I recently installed a BBK offroad pipe. The car has stock exhaust manifolds, and flowmaster muffler and pipes. Since installing this pipe, the car throws back check engine code "bank 1, bank 2 too rich." Performance has slowly deteriorated and car sputters under heavy acceleration, almost as if it was missing. On the offroad pipe there are holes for all four oxygen sensors but stock pipe has six cats with post and pre oxygen sensors. Is there a way to improve performance with this pipe? Any advice is much appreciated.

You need to buy 1 of 2 things: A tuner to turn your rear sensors off or MIL eliminators. Since the O/R mid pipe doesn't have cats, it throws the rear o2 sensors off, hence the check engine light coming on.

What are the codes? There are 2-3 codes for "too rich", on each bank, none of them have anything to do with the rear O2 sensors because the rear sensors have nothing to do with fuel control.

The reason why your car is acting like that and missing is because the computer is ****ing confused and doesnt know what to do (add fuel or add more air for the right mixture) so its trying to compensate for your driving style. That light is for the rea 02s which control emissions and yes it can trip out your computer at times. You gota buy some MILs or a Tuner to turn them off and it will solve the problem. Buying MILs will be cheaper.
