I bought some 555rs about a month ago they hook up pretty nice i dont spin very much if any. I still manage to chirp the tires from 2nd to 3rd but im happy. They were the right choice for the amount of power im putting down. And about the suspension what does everyone recommend like as a must do im going to beef my up after i get my steeda pulleys in.

you should beef up your rear end now before something breaks
what he said. I have the tires too, & you'll be happy w/them.

Its most likely a 3.27 since its a 5 sp. And i dunno, i beat the **** out my car when it was stock and i spun them all the time. I dumped the clutch all the time and it never hooked. Didnt have nittos but we all know nittos are about the fourth best w/ the street slicks, theres hoosiers, MT's, and BFG's. So they dont hook all that awesome. But im sure they hook well.
I think most 98 came with 273's....I've heard theat 3.27 were an option, but every 98 owner that I've talked to has the crappy 273's. With the power I'm putting down I think these Nitto's will hook just fine.
