Default Plugs look a little ashy/white. Pics..

I just changed my spark plugs on my 02 GT, it's got 77,000 on it now. They looked a little white to me. What do you guys think?

These are NGK TR55's.

Maybe the color is messed up a bit in the photo, but they look just about right/a tiny bit cold to me.

Probably about 20,000 on those. The picture looks just like it does in person, I was just looking for a second opinion as its been running a little rough lately. Thanks for the help guys.

+1, TR55s are just plain ol' tungsten electrode plugs--with a high-energy COP firing them 20k is about all you should expect.

In the old days we'd sand blast 'em, then bend the side electrode out of the way and file a good square end on the center--then re-gap and reinstall. They're cheap enough now that it's hardly worth the bother...

This is a spark plug sand blaster, used to be $5.99 from J.C. Whitney...
