If you have an engine hoist just hook a chain up to the engine to hold it in place and drop the K out. That's how I did it.
They do make brackets that go on the ledge where the hood meets the fenders that go over the engine horizontally and then to the radiator support that you can hook onto the engine, but they're only good if you're using a lift and plan on going up and down with the car. If you're using jackstands, an engine hoist is cheaper and more useful (for other projects, too).
