Well it sounds like you already checked to make sure the spring is seated right.

Removing the upper isolator will drop it that extra 1/4 inch you are looking for. You may pick up a little noise doing it but you shouldn't hurt the car doing it. I know of several people on other boards that have removed them with no ill effects.
Thanks a lot man, I'll go put it all back on and see if it helps it out.

I reinstalled the spring without the isolator and it's still not as low as the driver's side. In fact, the entire passenger side is higher than the driver's side so I don't know wtf is going on. Maybe I'm just being too picky about it but I know i'm not wrong in thinking it would all look level... has anyone who put the pro-kit on experienced this?

In all it took me around 4 hours because the mustangworld instructions didn't have in their instructions that you needed to unscrew the tire rod or whatever. So once I got that off the whole assembly dropped so much more so I could get the shock out of the wheel well. Then I couldn't figure out how to get the new one in and I finally got it in by my friend prying it up and me kicking it into place. The front two take the longest and it would have taken me like 30-45 min to do the rear ones but I replaced the shocks too. The rears are really easy though.

Your car does look great! Did you try taking both front springs out and making sure they are the same height. If everything is right you shouldnt have one side lower than the other.

I didn't check if they were the same height but they were the front springs.
