Default can anyone help me

im lookin to get some new tranny fluid and i don't know what kind to get , some said on new cars automatic transfluid , and they have all these letters like atf and how much oil does it take,
another question can i run a tranny cooler on my manuel 5spd, btw its a 2000 mustang gt

Yeap dexron III with mercon is probaly what it will call for and i can't remeber how many quarts they take and no you can't run a tranny cooler in your car cosidering you have no cooler lines just like all manual trannies.

I'm assuming you have a T45 manual trans. It will take 6.6 pints or 3.3 quarts

are the T45s in the 2000s the same as they are in the 96-98 mustangs as in amount and type
