Default HOLDING IT BACK? FOR SURE???

mY '99 VERT HAD A REBUILD THIS PAST WINTER, tEKSID BLOCK WITH AN svo INTAKE ON PORTED HEADS THAT FLOW 210/175CFM. Sorry for caps. The rotating assembly is forged and balanced with a plate bored .020" over. 11.4:1 static compression with 9.9:1 Dynamic compression. Comp cams 230*/234* on a 110*LSA and a 106* centerline, that's 12* of O-lap. HO oil and fuel pumps, 24lb. injectors, Edelbrock Victor headers, UDP's(Steeda's) and a diy cai. 4.10's and a 3800rpm stall converter that locks at WOT and even at part throttle in 2nd at part throttle for better driveability and some better mileage. Well, it's slow. 13.25 @ 103mph with a 1.9x 60'.

Possible issues:
1. Stock catback and the back half of the mid-pipe. I do not want a loud system and NO DRONE.If I upgrade it would be to Borla Pro XS muffs or Hooker max flows. Each flow the most and are the quietest.ibelieve the Borla's are a better buy even though they cost much more.quality and feedback that has said they are toio quiet, that is what I want with the highest flow, yeah. ANYONE with real experience with a dyno or track to get more than 3-4whp, how about even an unheard of 10WHP? Maybe with the compression, cams and headers I could get 10whp?
Then I have the stock intake air can with the stock inlet tube. I am considering a JLT system and same issue, don;'t care to spend 200 if it gives $200. worth of power. Bullet system will fit onto the SVO w/dual 57mm TB. Please guys with the experience building these motors respond if you have experienced some decent power increases and not just a nicer sound for the exhaust and also good power with the cai system.mI once had a JLT on the 75mm bbkTB/plenum I had and this motor has more to need the air but would expect 15whp anyways for this and 30whp total with the exhaust. Anyone? THX
