well after cleaning the plugs I can't seem to get the car to start now even using starting fluid.

I decided to test the ECT sensor and sendor. The ect sensor is on par for the temperature reading 37-39 ohms but the ect sendor is only reading 3.47 ohms. Is this normal. My chiltons repair manual only shows me where the ECT sendor is located but does not mention what the ohms should be at. I'm about to go under the car and unplug the spd sensor from the tranny to se if it checks out ok.

I think the gas was to low. It's weird though I was getting steady pressure at the fuel rails untill today when I lifted the front end a few more inches to get under the car on my creeper to look at the tranny speed sensor. I Installed the new plugs and triedto start it up once again but this time it would not stay running after the starting fluid ran burned up. So I decided to push on the pressure valve stem once again just to verify fule pressure for the 100th time. This time there was not pressure. So I rushed to the gas station w/3x5 Gallon tanks and filled them suckers up and then after I filled up the tank it took a while but the motor finally fired up for me. So I don't know if the new plugs did it or if it was a problem w/the gas being low. I put about a gallon in it the other day too so I really don't know what it was. In any case it's running.

I know it's not what you wanted to hear but never the less I got it going again. FTW. I sure did learn a lot about this though. I had my computer buddies helping me out as well over at OCN.
