Default rearmain seal wont stop leaking

i replaced my rear main when i dropped my trans for the clutch...ever since then i had oil drops ont he bolts and oil pan was wet, i decided to replace it again becaue i never used a silicone gasket on the rear cover...did it this time put a nice bead on the rear cover...installed it all up new seal and all and its leaking even worse now! what the hell is going on? the crankshaft doesnt like pitted of scratched

You sure that it's the rear main that's leaking? Could it be the front seal on the tranny? Did you install the rear main with the flat solid section facing you? I question the quality of gaskets these days. I replaced every gasket on my car and I am still getting oil leaks, not bad ones, but it still leaks.
