Help Tuning 98 Cobra with Wideband

1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys,

I have some data logs from an LC1 wideband and was wondering if someone could help me out. The car is a buddy of mine and is a 98 cobra. The car is not running right as it backfires and hesitates when shifting. I was wondering if someone could point me in some direction as to what we need to change. This started after he removed the IMRC plates and installed a ported lower intake.

The pulls are in 3rd gear from 2500 - 5500 rpm.

I haven't looked at the logs as I'm on a remote link--however you can't delete the IMRC, and have a fine running engine, without retuning for their deletion--the PCM has to be made aware of the (now/new) unrestricted air flow...

Yeah I am thinking his car is running poorly because of the ported intake and the deletion of the IMRC plates. From the way it looks the car is runnig in the low to mid 12:1 ratio at full throttle.

Anyone have any help on what I should change on his tune to make this thing run any better? I wish I understood the tuning of a car better but that is one thing I jut cant seem to figure out.
