The only one worth messing with would be the 6.1L 5.4 re-(wet)sleeved stroker kit/block, but its pricey.

only way you'd notice a difference with forged internals would be something along the billet line or a set of rods and pistons that is much lighter than stock so not as much power needs to be made for each piston push.
