should i put it back in
ok well when i aquired the s281 i drove it for a weekend and tok out the motor on the monday after. anyways all i am waiting on in a stroker crank and then i will start to disasemble the motor and put it back together. anyways. my SA-15 is on a speacilty insurance and i can only drive it 3000 miles a year. anyways im getting close to my limit and i was wondering if you guys think i should put the stock motor back in the s281 to drive around or if i should disconnect the speedo on the sa-15 and just wait till i can build the s281 motor?

You have a SA-15 wow.... never seen one in real life your a lucky man. If i was you i wouldnt want to rack up miles on it anyway no matter what kind of insurance i have. I think you should put the stock motor back in but thats me. I dont like to rack up miles.

Get a rental. lol. I would use the SA-15 for a while. It' not gonna kill it. Besides you can keep it locked up in the winter so you don't have much time to put your 3000 miles on. Changing motors will just be a waste of time when you have a car right there to drive.
