Default 01 cobra/ mach 1 shortblock?
Guy over on modular fords has an 01 cobra shortblock and 2v TF heads with VT stage 2 cams. whats is the point in having the shortblock? so he can rev higher? just curious, would a mach 1 shortblock work too? what about a teskid with a forged high compression bottom end and TF heads?

It raises the compression with the 2v heads. Whoops. Forgot to answer the second question. Mach 1 short block will raise the bottom end too.
