Default need help with dyno tuning

i plan to go with a bunch of guys to do a dyno run this weekend because we got a good deal. the thing is that i haven't got all of my parts installed. so far i've got a zex wet kit, densecharger cai, t/b, pullies, timing adjuster, upper intake, exhaust, and gears. i've still got to get the shift kit and torque converter on. i'm planning to get a custom tune/chip on the same day. can i just go ahead and have it done even if i don't have the shift kit and converter in. will it make a difference with the tune.

shift kits are easy to install. just drop the tranny pan and put it in there. took me like 30 min to do for my jeep

I would say go ahead and get the tune done, the shift kit and torque converter are not going to affect the tune, all they are going to do is change how the car shifts and the pressure in the trans lines. It does not add and hp so go ahead and get the tune.
