Default 5.4 2v to 4v swap

I have a 5.4l 2v motor out of a 99 f-250. I was thinking about converting it to a 4v. Can I bolt 4v heads onto my 2v motor? The heads would be from a Lincoln Navigator.

Can you? Yes it can be done. In the end, would you wish you had just gotten a navigator motor? Hell yes.

heads bolt up no prob but youll need a the navi front timing cover as well. it would be easier to just get the navi engine complete.

Your compression is going to drop. Either get the entire engine, or keep what you got.
