Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't hp be at least 265...or was it different in 2000?

I recently bought a bone-stock 2000 Mustang GT.
As a first mod, I got 4.10 gears put in (just today) and a dyno tune with the SCT X-cal II that I purchased. Other than that the car has no other mods.
My dyno tune was done with 89 octance gas, my RW hp/tq results are as follows
Before: 222.8 / 261.2
After: 230.2 / 268.8
Did I pull OK numbers for a 60K mile 4.6 ?
Also the shop offered for me to come in running a tank of 92 octance and they would do a free pull/tune with that, saying they'd expect about another 4-5 hp gain. I'm not sure about how my numbers right now are, but I'm really happy with the tune since I gained from 4-8 HP EVERYWHERE on the curve (no crossover at all), and my A/F ratio was also reduced meaning a gain in mileage.
I am also very happy with the gears, the car now drives like it SHOULD, revs on the highway are no problem, from 2100-2500 at typical highway speeds.

i've seen stock GTs with just catback pull about 224RWHP. i don't think running on 92 octane would be worth the extra 5RWHP.

Its possible he MIGHT pick up 3 to 5 to the wheels. Through the SCT tune they probably advanced the timing and 89 octane isnt going to put out the greatest. Im almost positive he wont see anything over 5 though.

My old 1989 5.0 went from a 14.6 on 87 octance with 11* timing, to a 14.3 on 92 octance with 16* timing (5.0's allow alot more base advance than 4.6's). That indicates a pretty hefty gain in performance.

i guarentee you he would have put down at LEAST 5RWHP more if they gave him another run on the dyno. before my blower, i went from 231RWHP on the first run to 239RWHP just from them letting it sit there for about 10 minutes.

Was this on a dynojet or a Mustang Dyno because i have all of the mods in my sig and that is what i put to the wheels but it was on a Mustang Dynometer and i have a auto.

Quiote a bit actually. Mustang Dyno's suck.
It's a cheap dyno for a shop looking to save a buck.
