Hangwire

Well this started about 6 months ago and started off happening only rarely and it was only a single "pop" sound. Fast-forward to today and its getting bad. It does not grind like this at every single spot in the steering rack, but as you can tell at a specific spot it grinds every single time now. It grinds the most coming from left to right along a certain spot along the steering rack but will also pop a little coming from right to left along the same spot. Also note that at around 0:25-0:30 that the whole steering rack itself moves about a quarter inch in the direction of steering, both right and left.
