Swaped a npi bottom end in my car. Its an 02gt. Everything else is stock. I have a tune on the car, but that's not a prob, it being tuned or on the stock tune I have the same problems. It feels like its running very rich. And just not 100%. I'm getting a lean bank 1 code and a cyl 1 missfire. I have the ability to data log, so if anything needs to be seen to help resolve the issue I can check it and let u know. This wasn't an issue a week ago when I took the old bottom end out

Lol, nice. Anywho, I was going to say since you bumped up compression that might be causing some problems with the timing, but if you have a tune for it than IDK. Did you try swapping the COP from cylinder one with another one, to make sure the COP didn't somehow get damaged?

I've been ****ing w it a lot. Codes are gone. Timing was changed some. And plugs are goin in tm... Its coming along
