Default Idle Problem

All of a sudden my car's idle likes to die when I come to a stop after its been warmed up. Usually the rpms die to almost nothing then they go up to 1100 and then back down to a dead engine. Once I restart it, it idles fine until I come to a stop. Also, If im driving and I take it out of gear, it does the same thing.
Any ideas ? I just seafoamed an entire bottle through a vacuum line on my plenum but it didnt help.

U can try cleaning out the idle air control valve on the throttle body. Try to save the gasket to reuse it when taking it off. I used some palm olive dish detergent on mine.

idle air valve... spray it with some carb cleaner, if that dont work get a new one.
or if your cheap, do like i do, just get used to detecting when its going to do it and tap the gas...

I'll try that today. I can be stitting there idling and tap the gas and the rpms will die and the car most likely will die too. I've noticed my bypass valve making a different noise too when I give it boost. If my bypass valve is defective, do you think it could cause the problem ?

i cleaned the AIC with carb and choke cleaner and it worked for about an hour and then the problem returned. I just let it soak in some manifold cleaner, it says it removes carbon build up in valve bodies so if that dont work I guess its off to the parts store.
