My 2001 gt won't sit in idle. When I start it it just stalls out unless I press the gas pedal a little. I've cleaned the IAC valve and the carberutor and that didn't help either. I also just my fuel filter and that is fine as well. I was hoping I could just replace the IAC but no lights are coming up on my dash so I'm not sure that is the problem. Any thoughts?

You don`t have a carb on a `01 GT unless you installed one. Sometimes just cleaning the IAC valve just won`t work, & you have to replace it. Thats what I had to do on my `00 GT.
