Oil in engine valley
I have a 2000 GT, 115,000 miles on it, windsor block. A few months ago noticed oil in the valley of the engine. Two weeks ago I decided to degrease that are and after driving it about 300 miles I see it starting to get "wet" again. It is coming from the drivers side front part of the head gasket. I am planning a head gasket change, but is this very common? Should I try and pull the valve cover and check the head bolts? I am thinking if they were lose it would be much worse. Thanks for info.

This is a new one, lol. I've never seen someone blow a head gasket like that before. Tightening the head down more wont help so just keep your plan of changing the H. gaskets. It's more of a pain in the *** to tear down than anything. What's your thoughts about buying aftermarket cams since you'll already have them off?
