Never done a mach system, but when my exploder changer gets jammed, I have to remove and disassemble it to remove the disks.

I have only had a problem one or twice when trying to eject the CD. It gets stuck right before it is about to eject. I carefully pulled it out.

i took mine out and cause it started jamming number 4 disc and put a sound stream dvd/cd player in and it was a bitch the special wiring harness i had to find for the mach sound system was 25$ alone and it only had my rear and tweeter speakers working... so i had to hook up an amp to my door speakers and run new wires from the door speakers all the way to my trunk to an seperate amp.. so now i have the 2 stock amps 1 amp running my door speakers and 1 amp running my 10 in sub... its a mess

Mine used to jam once in a while (since replaced w/ dvd head unit). The trick I found that works is, while it's trying to eject the stuck cd, reach in the open cd door with a straight piece of a metal coathanger (I used to keep one about 6" long in the car with me) and very carefully and gently nudge the cd on the edge (just give it a light push as if inserting it), that will usually cause the mechanism to grab it a little better and eject it the rest of the way. Keep in mind you can't (or shouldn't) do this while driving, and you'll need to lean over so you can see inside the open door to hit the cd just right. Once any cd player begins having difficult ejecting it's time to look into a replacement, the player itself will start making marks on your discs from not grabbing them right.

That doesn't sound right. I had to pick up 2 harnesses to do mine, one to plug n' play the main harness, and another that was a little square one with only like 2 or 4 wires that also plugged into the back of the Mach 460 head unit. The small harness runs the door and rear panel speakers, the main harness runs the tweets only (all 4).
