im looking a vortech on ebay for 2800 new but it dont come with the air cooler and how much boost can u get out of the standerd one

it depends which supercharger it is. They make more then one model. they range from a max of 17PSI to 28PSI if im not mistaken look at the vortech website. I think what you want to know is how much will it be when you put it on? the standard kit starts you with 8PSI i believe. And you need diffrent pulleys to get more.

do u need a after cooler i know it cools the air going in but it basicly for more hp with less bosst right

You don't need to have an aftercooler.
