I did this swap last year, Springs, Shocks, Rear Brake Lines. You'll need to make sure the that the Emergency Brake Cable doesn't rub against your rear tires. Other than that this is Super easy...
Make sure you get the Rear mounting brackets with the IRS also. And you will have to swap your Pinion Flange onto the IRS(Unless your running a Cobra DS).
this is supposed to be a complete drop assembly ready to bolt into the car. does any body know about these so called "IRS BOLTS" that svt guys are talking about and what they are for

ford used a 12mm bolt to bolt the IRS assembly to the chassis. the problem is that these bolts are a little on the small side and tend to be the culprit of the infamous clunking sound. people have been swapping the bolt with the larger 14mm bolt that ford should have used in the first place to fix the issues. its a nice little upgrade that i would recommend you do while the IRS is out, but its not required.
and maybe do a write up with some pictures for everyone else! or is there already one? haha. i'll be honest. i didn't look at the tech section before posting....
