I forgot to ask Cliff, how was the fitment of your pipe?

read around thay the Pypes is pretty much a hit or miss of it leaking after install or not. I'm hoping that with the gasket i can throw this on and have no leaks.

I think I'll grab a donut gasket for the drivers side as as well as the gasket for the passenger side just in case it does not want to cooperate lol

my passenger side fit fine, my drivers side was a PITA...the manifold-midpipe bolts had stopper/grommet on the bolts that didnt allow the new midpipe to seat on the manifold, so i had to cut them off and install new bolts w/o the stopper on the bolt. Fits nice and snug now, no leaks, sounds great (O/R x).

lol i have not come across one consistant story with putting a midpipe on. first its the passenger side, then people say drivers side.

maybe ill go into doing this expecting EVERYTHING to go wrong lol

Mine fit fine other than that I had to bang a 1/4" or so deep dimple on the passenger's side to get a bit more clearance betwen the pipe and a flattended weld-point on the body. This is not UPR's fault really as Ford built the cars for 2-1/4" pipe, and I understand that the engines were mounted with slightly different lateral offsets.
