elGlow gauge set dimmer problem

elGlow gauge set dimmer problem
I had using elglow gauge set on my 02 stang for almost 2 years. Today when i light on the gauges automatic go from the more brightness level to the none level and repeat the cycle.
Anyone know what is the problem?
